Download, update or uninstall InvoiceStamp
Last updated · InvoiceStamp 1.1.0 for iPhone and Android · What's new
To download InvoiceStamp, open the App Store on your iPhone, find InvoiceStamp: Invoice Maker and tap Get. Your iPhone keeps it up to date. To uninstall it, touch and hold its icon, then tap Remove App and Delete App. Your invoices stay in your account, and your subscription keeps running until you cancel it.
How do I download InvoiceStamp?
On your iPhone, tap the code above, or open the App Store and search for InvoiceStamp. Its listing is InvoiceStamp: Invoice Maker. On a computer, scan the code with your iPhone's camera.
Tap Get, then confirm the download the way your iPhone asks, such as with Face ID.
Open InvoiceStamp. A short setup asks for your business name, logo and first design, then you sign in and choose a plan. See Set up InvoiceStamp.
The Android app is coming soon to Google Play. It works the same as the iPhone app, so every guide here covers it too.
InvoiceStamp needs a subscription, and eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial: see Your subscription.
Which iPhones can run InvoiceStamp?
Any iPhone with iOS 15 or later. To see your version, open Settings → General → About. InvoiceStamp is made for iPhone: there's no iPad version.
How do I update InvoiceStamp?
Your iPhone updates apps from the App Store by itself, unless you've turned that off in Settings → Apps → App Store → App Updates (on iOS 17 and earlier, Settings → App Store). To update straight away:
Open the App Store and tap your picture at the top.
Find InvoiceStamp in the list of updates and tap Update.
When a new version is out, InvoiceStamp shows an Update available banner. If your version is no longer supported, a full screen with Get the New Version replaces the app until you update. See What do the update messages mean? What each version brings is in the InvoiceStamp changelog.
How do I uninstall InvoiceStamp?
Touch and hold the InvoiceStamp icon on your Home Screen or in App Library.
Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
Tap Delete to confirm.
Remove from Home Screen only hides the icon: the app stays in App Library, still installed.
What happens to my invoices if I uninstall?
- Your documents stay in your account. Your invoices, quotations, sale orders, clients, products and business profile are kept in your InvoiceStamp account, not only on your phone. Uninstalling doesn't delete them.
- Your subscription keeps running. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it, and the App Store keeps billing you until you do. See How do I cancel?
- PDFs saved in the app's folder are deleted. PDFs in Files › On My iPhone › InvoiceStamp go with the app. PDFs you saved somewhere else, such as iCloud Drive, stay. After you reinstall, you can share any document as a PDF again.
- Your account stays too. To delete your account and everything in it, see Delete your account. Uninstalling the app doesn't do that.
How do I get everything back after reinstalling?
Download InvoiceStamp again, and on the Welcome screen tap I already have an account. Sign in the way you did before, with Apple, Google or your email. Your business, clients and documents come back with your account. If the plans screen opens even though you're subscribed, tap Restore purchases.
